1. Who we are

EPUfix is operated by Nicolae Cojuhari, Kurt-Tichy-Gasse 5/1/7, 1100 Vienna, Austria. These terms are governed by Austrian law, including the Austrian Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung - GewO).

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EPUfix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What EPUfix provides

EPUfix is a personal finance and business management tool for self-employed people, freelancers, and small businesses that stay one person. Each account can create one or more workspaces (businesses), each fully isolated with its own transactions, invoices, offers, contacts, categories, and wallets.

4. Free trial

Each account gets one free trial, applied to its first workspace only. There is no trial for any workspace after that.

You can only have multiple workspaces on one account if every workspace beyond the first is on a paid plan - free trials cannot be stacked.

If the trial ends without an active subscription, the workspace becomes read-only. If it stays unpaid, the workspace and all of its data are permanently deleted 14 days after the trial ends.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid workspaces are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, one subscription per workspace. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Once a subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only. If it stays unpaid, the workspace and all of its data are permanently deleted 30 days after the end of the paid period.

6. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

7. Your data

You own the data you enter into EPUfix - transactions, invoices, offers, contacts, and any files you upload. We store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export your data (including CSV reports) at any time while your workspace is active.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use EPUfix to store or transmit unlawful content, impersonate another business, attempt to circumvent billing, or interfere with the platform or other accounts.

9. Intellectual property

All platform software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete a workspace or your entire account at any time; deletion is permanent and follows the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

EPUfix is provided “as is”. It is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice - your accountant or tax advisor remains responsible for that. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
